BVA Elementary Gifted Wins Top Honors in Math and Language Arts
The Belle Vernon Area Elementary Gifted Program continued its recent success when students attended the math and language thinking games at Monessen Elementary Center on Tuesday, January 10th. Students competed in thinking games that challenged their abilities in math and language arts.

The team of Jackson Jewell, Robert Marr, Savanah Lauzon, Sam West, and Journey Evelyn won first place in the primary division. BVA teams also won third place in the primary division and third place in the intermediate division. Mr. Finn would like to congratulate all students who participated in the event for a job well done.
