Canonsburg General Hospital will offer a Basic First Aid Course from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 3. The course instructor will teach proper first aid procedures for breathing emergencies and the care and treatment of bleeding, heart attacks, shock, wounds, poisoning, burns, bone fractures, frostbite and other medical emergencies.
This basic first aid course offers a two-year certification through the American Heart Association. The fee is $25 and includes a first aid manual. Please call toll-free 1-877-284-2000 to register for the program.
