Walt and Diane Bianchi own and operate Tri-County Chem-Dry, which celebrates 20 years in business this June.

Owner Walt Bianchi began the company out of his home after learning about this natural and effective carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning method. Mr. Bianchi now runs the business with his wife, Diane, out of a building they own on Fallowfield Ave. The small but efficient staff is always friendly and ready to help a customer.
Chem-Dry boasts superior cleaning power that is approved by the Carpet & Rug Institute. With this method most carpets dry in a few hours, instead of days because of the use of low moisture. Their primary cleaner, aptly named “The Natural,” is a deep cleanser that is completely safe, environmentally green, and non-toxic. It can be used on carpets where small children play and where your pets spend their time. Chem-Dry uses hot carbonating extraction that cleans deep down while an optional protectant restores stain-fighting to carpet fibers and resists resoiling so your carpets stay cleaner, longer.
