The Monongahela Area Library will host Melissa Carey, author of Macie's Guide to the Odd, Strange, Bizarre, Unique, Unexplained and Twisted in a program for middle-school aged students about dream symbols and creating a dream journal.
Slated for Tuesday, July 10 from 5 - 7 p.m., the program is intended for youngsters aged 9 -14 and designed to help young would-be writers and creative artists indentify and apply dream symbols. Those attending will receive a journal, bookmark and symbol guide. For more information or to register, call the library at 724-258-5409.
