The facilities usage plan being considered by the Ringgold School Board that would ultimately result in reopening the old school buildings last used as Donora and Monongahela Elementary Centers and the closing of the existing Ringgold Middle School (Finley Middle School) came under critical discussion at the February 13 Union Township Board meeting.

Reopened 2012 Budget Receives Final Approval

J. Andrew McCreery was hired by unanimous vote of the Jefferson Hills Borough Council at the regular meeting held February 13. Since 2006, he has been the accounting manager for Upper St. Clair Township.

Robert Richards Appointed to Fill Vacant Council Seat

The Finleyville Borough Council had a very tough decision to make at their February 1 regular meeting. They found that deciding between two well-qualified and personable candidates for council was not an easy thing to do, particularly when both were sitting in front of them.
